Whole pieces of brisket cut from a full smoked brisket. Smoked for 12-15 hours with dry rub. Packages range from 300g to 700g in size.
PORK RIBS
Whole or 1/2 racks of St. Louis style pork side ribs. Ribs have been smoked for 12-15 hours with dry rub and finished with Oh My Lard mop BBQ sauce. Packages range from 350g - 1kg in size.
CHICKEN WINGS
Slow smoked chicken wings are dry rubbed and smoked for 6-8 hours. Packages range from 300g - 800g in size

PULLED BRISKET
Pulled brisket meat cut from a full smoked brisket. Smoked for 12-15 hours with dry rub. Packages range from 300g to 700g in size.
PULLED PORK
Pulled pork shoulder/butt. Shoulders have been smoked for 12-15 hours with dry rub and finished with Oh My Lard mop BBQ sauce. Packages range from 350g - 1kg in size.
1/ CHICKENS
Slow smoked whole chicken legs are dry rubbed and smoked for 8-10 hours. Packages range from 500g - 1kg in size.
